Addington Place has a “person-centered approach” to care throughout the community, which means every aspect of the care that you or your loved one receives is performed with respect to individual preferences. Our Wellness Director performs a thorough and complete assessment before move-in for each resident in order to determine the specific wants and needs that each resident has. This assessment will determine the care required in the individualized service plan that Addington Place will create for you or your loved one.
