Fairview Fellowship Home has been serving Northwest Oklahoma with some of the finest accommodations for seniors in the state of Oklahoma since 1961. The Facility was started as a vision of several individuals that felt a need existed to provide a place of care for seniors in our area. Since that time, our facility has grown from a 45-bed nursing home to a 100-bed skilled nursing facility (with 10 Assisted Living beds) and 36 Independent Living Apartments. With growth and time, Fairview Fellowship Home has developed into a full service retirement community.
