During the last four decades, our vision has enabled us to accomplish the apex of quality care. We have integrated each of our facilities into the framework we have designed that allows us to continue to lead in innovative and complex rehabilitation that shapes the future of healthcare.
In 1968 Elston Nursing Home in Chicago became the first of what would later become the Glen Healthcare Network. The network next acquired Glen Oaks in Northbrook in 1975, followed by GlenCrest in 1984. Shortly after, in 1989, GlenBridge joined the network of facilities. Expansion continued with the acquisition of Brentwood North Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in 2008. In December, 2014 the Glen Healthcare Network expanded with the purchase of Glen Saint Andrew Living Community. The network is now comprised of six healthcare and rehabilitation centers.

Andrew Life Center is offered outstanding an affordable independent living licensed assisted living and intermediate nursing services to Niles and surrounding communities for many years come with us as we visit st. Andrew and meet some of our residents it's just like home to me I feel very much at home right away I didn't feel strange or anything my son and daughter-in-law picked this place out because it was close to their home but I'm glad my my son and daughter-in-law chose it and I'm satisfied very very much with it and I like it very much and I have a lot of friends here we have a lot of activities which you can join if you want to or if you're not in the mood for the activities you don't have to I've learning something new that I like very much and that's water painting in the summer time I like to pair you very nice and another fresh air they do all kinds of st. series you can do what you want st. Andrew residents enjoy convenient easy to manage studio apartments along with three restaurant style meals each day a wide variety of activities and recreational opportunities are provided at st. Andrew the staff always caters to the residents interests I would describe that st. Andrews as a Taj Mahal it's like my house I don't have to cut grass to do windows it is dynamite it's very nice it's my painting with acrylics and you they show you a picture and you try to copy it freehand and you get to keep it they have a nice senior men's club here got to one's active policemen get on a pc should call the police department one retired and we just does different topics a lot wants so much st. Andrew offers everything from group socials theme parties computer classes group outings and much more I joined as a or who we have a choral group yes that's fun all of these are available in a comfortable home like setting where family and new friends and old come together in our clean comfortable facility the cleanliness of it you can't beat them here with cleanliness I'm friends with just about everybody I'm a friendly person I like the location cuz I'm you know just on the outskirts of chicago food is wonderful all the help is wonderful the patient's you're wonderful they're very nice there the sisters they're just wonderful you're the only face chorus a narrow I subscriber is very nice satisfied residents and visitors enjoy all sorts of activities two of our most popular recent events were a Polish Constitution Day celebration and a Polynesian luau party our newest service is our dedicated secure memory care neighborhood this special residential neighborhood staffed by trained and experienced nursing and support personnel is designed for our residents with Alzheimer's disease and other memory issues if they're looking for someplace to go this is a place to come all residents will benefit from our spacious activities rooms ice cream parlor new patio and tranquil grounds you will enjoy the excellent services 24 hour staff and friendly new neighbors you will find at st. Andrew life center oh yeah we like we enjoy the year for us too we are the affordable senior residents for you spiritual services are a very important part of life at st. Andrew residents family members and neighbors enjoy our magnificent chapel it is that I please I have I live on the second floor I only five doors away from the chapel and like literally everything is so convenient for me here we hope this brief introduction has answered some of your questions come to one of chicagoland's best values in retirement living come to st.
