For those seeking an active lifestyle, we offer Independent Living apartments and a myriad of resident-driven activities, as well as all this exciting city has to offer.

For those who need assistance with the daily activities of living, Horizon House offers Assisted Living (or Supported Living as we like to refer to it), our unique approach that allows you to live as independently as you’re able while still receiving the services you need.
