hi my name is Margie Seger's I'm one of the Sales counselors here at Willow Valley communities today we're in our North building in the lobby looking out through our beautiful wall of windows into our lovely courtyard what I thought I'd do today is take you up and show you the coffee shop as well as an apartment welcome to the Overlook cafe this is one of eleven dining venues we have here at Willow Valley communities here you can come and get some breakfast treats some wonderful coffee lunch and tasty snacks around 11:00 o'clock every day we set out a wine bar and you can come in and enjoy glass of wine the residents say this is a wonderful place to meet and to eat this is a one-bedroom apartment here in the North Building it comes standard with hardwood floors in the kitchen and living room granite countertops and stainless steel appliances so here at Willow Valley communities your apartment is really only part of your home you have access to every amenity that we have here on-site in this building you would have access to dining a fitness center an art studio a library the list just goes on give us a call we'd love to talk to you about our life care promise and answer all your questions about Willow Valley

hi I'm Laura Walker I'm a sales counselor at Willow Valley communities this is the clubhouse let's go for a tour the clubhouse is a great place to bring your family it's full of intergenerational activities this is our vintage arcade and it has games for kids of all ages and they're all wired for free play the bowling alley is a great place to bring your family or just come with friends everything you need is provided balls and shoes this is our indoor sports court it's set up for pickleball right now which is the most popular sport at the clubhouse we also use it for badminton volleyball and ballroom dancing it's adjacent to the fitness center this is our outdoor pool it's a great place to spend a summer afternoon the zero entry pool is naturally warm there's a hot tub adjacent to it with the cascading waterfall the brick building is the changing rooms and restrooms adjacent to the pool there's a heart true tennis court then we have the little table restaurant and bar there's a deck outside where you can sit and enjoy a drink or an appetizer and then the local table restaurant serves a distinctive seasonal menu enjoyed by many of our residents from the deck you can see the farmhouse which was repurposed as part of our full amenities also you can see all of Providence parks the villas the vistas the townhomes but no matter where you live at Willow Valley the clubhouse is here for you to enjoy with your family come for a visit we'd love to show you around give us a call [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music]
