1. Premium listings help your community in three main ways. First your listing becomes much more media rich as photos, floor plans, videos, campus maps, newsletters, activity calendars, and sample menus appear for the user.
2. Premium listings help you obtain referrals as a special button will appear next to your community listing called "Request Tour or Brochure". If a user clicks on this we collect name, address, phone, and email info and forward this to you in an email. You are free to follow up with the referral as you feel is best and we do not get in between you and your new contact. Your community will also have a "Visit Website" and "Call" button.
3. Premium & Deluxe listings link to your community website via a "Visit Website" button that appears with your listing. You may have the button link to your home page or any other page such as a schedule a tour page. In addition, there is a "Call Community" button.
