Joshua House LLC assisted living home is a stunning three-level luxury assisted living home with floor to ceiling picture windows, all new appliances and finishings, security system, and is equipped with an elevator. Each of its six charming bedroom suites are richly appointed and include large walk-in closets; high speed Internet and 40 inch flat-screen TV’s for your enjoyment. These suites are roomy enough to accommodate couples.

This luxury assisted lining home sits on a serene 20 acres of wild Alaska – wildlife roam the grounds often to provide entertainment and joy. There are a handful of balconies attached to suites for those who may enjoy the outdoors from a safe distance. Suites come richly furnished or unfurnished, your choice – all have 40” flat screen TVs and high-speed-Internet, and walk-in closets. The property hosts a 600 square foot working greenhouse that is just waiting for your green-thumb.

The home boasts a curved grand staircase with balcony that showcases the formal entry. It has been said that the kitchen is the “hub” of the home, and this kitchen will certainly not disappoint – decorated with a bit of whimsy and state-of-the art stainless appliances and granite countertops – the homey smells of freshly baked breads will delight you. Each spacious gathering room is perfect for family visits and special events.

This home is equipped with fine safety features, including; an elevator (one of only two in the valley!), a fire system, a door alarm and camera surveillance systems. Joshua House LLC is located on 20 beautiful acres in the Matanuska Valley foothills. This picturesque property includes a working 600 square foot greenhouse and an alternate ramp-entry inside the heated three-car garage for easier accessibility.

Some of the quality services that you will enjoy in our assisted living home include; full housekeeping and laundry services, gourmet home-style meals and snacks, customized care plans, help with medications, assistance with all appointments and transportation arrangements, assistance with activities of daily living – this includes but is not limited to – bathing, dressing, eating, transferring, continence and toileting.

Joshua House LLC is one of the few assisted living homes that cater to couples. Suites are spacious and comfortable enough for two! Professional and caring staff include 24-hour on-call Registered Nurse, Certified and trained nursing assistants around the clock, 365 days of the year.
