Chelsea’s Hidden Acres is a licensed assisted living facility offering both semi-private and private rooms. The facility is located on 5 acres in Chelsea, Alabama, near Birmingham. We score high on the state survey and there are two licensed nurses living at the site. Our residents receive assistance with their daily activities. Medications are supervised by our nurses. “Home cooked” meals are offered three times daily and snacks are available at all times. Ours is an atmosphere of quiet country living, with 24 hour staffing to provide housekeeping, laundry and general assistance.
