Lakewood Management Services, LLC was founded in July 2005 by healthcare professionals who possessed a commitment to quality and service excellence.  Lakewood’s management team consists of highly qualified professionals with extensive backgrounds in healthcare, long-term care and finance; including licensed nursing home and assisted living administrators, licensed nurses and former state regulatory surveyors. We provide a full complement of personalized services that range from assisted living, rehabilitative and restorative services to Alzheimer's/ dementia care.  We currently operate six assisted living communities located in Alabama and Pennsylvania Our trained and experienced staff is committed to ensuring that each resident receives care with the dignity and respect they deserve.  Our team of nurses and caregivers are committed to providing the physical, mental and social well-being needs of our residents.  At Lakewood, we truly believe that caring comes first.
