The Brookfield Senior Living facilities at Oaktree is perched in the historic Ozark community of Hot Springs. The Brookfield at Oaktree is designed as a campus community with 41 Assisted Living Level II apartments, as well as an adjacent Certified Memory Care Center.

Our Memory Care community is the largest community of its kind in Garland County. It has 29 individual apartments. Each apartment provides independence and personal space to our residents, while ensuring their health, safety and happiness daily in our secure community. Our team of care givers, which includes LPNs, CNAs, a full-time activity director, and other professionals, all receive specialized dementia training. This means your loved one is in good hands – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Both of our Hot Springs communities have fully-furnished respite apartments available.

Our Hot Springs assisted living facilities at Oaktree offers personal care and support services in a professional yet peaceful setting. Our communities are tailored to meet the needs and preferences of our seniors.

Our staff is here to help with day to day activities, including dressing and grooming, medications as well as coordination of other services within our healthcare community. Our assisted living services also include special programming for memory care, Dementia and Alzheimer’s residents that include 24-hour on-site licensed nursing support.
