Our homes are located in a peaceful rural setting in the heart of the Verde Valley. Our spacious covered porches offer our residents the opportunity to enjoy nature. We are conveniently located within minutes of the Verde Valley Medical Center.
A choice of spacious private or semi-private rooms is available, decorated or personalized with the individual's own furnishings and belongings.
Our dedicated caregivers and Team Leaders have been with us for years and they give personalized care to each resident, according to each ones' needs, while respecting their dignity, individuality, privacy and choice.
Country Care's homes are licensed by the State of Arizona and the staff are certified caregivers. Certified caregivers must attend a comprehensive training program by a certified licensed trainer and pass the required tests.
In addition, all caregivers working in Directed Care Assisted Living Homes are required to complete 12 hours of continuing education annually. Country Care, Inc. conducts ongoing in-service training classes and sends caregivers to the Arizona Assisted Living Federation of America statewide conference every year.
This helps to ensure our caregivers are exposed to the most up to date training available, so they are equipped to deliver the best service and care possible to our residents.
