Mountainside Assisted Living Home

Mountainside Assisted Living Home is an active assisted living community in Fountain Hills, Arizona. It is within classy Maricopa County which is part of the Grand Canyon State.

We have been providing that care at Mountainside since 2008. It is a unique home environment that can focus on individual needs with the emphasis on continuity of care that can lack in larger facility settings. We are able to better understand the individual needs of the resident by monitoring the residents on a daily basis and on a much more personal level. We have comprehensive service plans tailored to individual needs. Mountainside is truly a family atmosphere.

Our home is located in picturesque Fountain Hills.  We have a beautiful home that is open and full of light, with mountain and fountain views. We have two large patios with tvs and music. Residents can sit out on the patio and enjoy the views along with the large landscaped yard, vegetable garden, and citrus trees.

Mountainside is truly a family atmosphere. Monitoring daily care and needs can greatly increase a resident's level of functioning and general health. This also adds value and quality of life.

We are licensed for up to and including directed care. We take residents with a wide variety of diagnoses including dementia and Alzheimer’s. Let's face it, we all feel better when treated with respect and dignity. These values should be followed through until the end.

If you are caring for your loved one at home and need a break for any reason, we provide respite care. Respite care can be any day of the week or over-night. Drop-off and pick-up can be arranged with the staff.

Respite care can also be for someone that has any kind of surgical procedure or unable to care for themselves temporarily. We will provide assistance with medication administration, meals, and basic care needs. Medications are to be provided by the resident/loved one.
