At Caissa Assisted Living, our services have been specifically designed to offer residents based on each individual's needs.
All 5 locations are located in Gilbert, AZ and each home are licensed for 10 beds capacity by Department of Health Services. We are also contracted with Medicaid (UHC) on selected locations.

At Caissa Assisted Living Home, all caregivers are certified and fingerprinted. We not only strive to help you with everyday tasks but want to develop a caring and trusted relationship with you.
At Caissa Assisted Living Home, we have visiting mobile Physicians to ensure continuity of care.
We arrange for visiting Podiatrists and a Registered Nurse to do Service Plan designed for each resident's needs.
Caissa Assisted Living Home will coordinate with the Pharmacy to home deliver prescriptions, and work together with therapists for Home Health services.
Caissa Assisted Living will also work hand in hand when Hospice care are needed.
Included in the monthly rent:
- 3 meals + 2 snacks everyday (Healthy and balabce home cooked meals)
- 24/7 supervision/care by Certified Caregivers
- Individualized care plan/service plan prepared by a Registered Nurse (state regulations)
- Assistance withADLs (Activities of Daily Living) based on individual needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding , medication assistance/administration (per Physician's signed orders)
- Daily Linen/Laundry service
- WIFI internet service
- Newspapers daily subscriptions
- Individual and group activities
- Expanded cable included
- Pharmacy will home deliver prescriptions (prescriptions co-pays)
- We can make transportation arrangements to Doctor's appointments and other special needs.
- Visiting mobile Physicians/Podiatrists (will charge co-pays)
- Arrange mobile dentistry
- Arrange for hair cuts home visits (optional)
