Liberty Home Care Assisted Living is a vibrant assisted living community in Peoria, Arizona. It is within fine Maricopa County which is part of the Grand Canyon State.

As an independent group home, we welcome all residents from different ethnic backgrounds. Our structure opened in 2019 and every member of our staff is professional. Comfort, Compassion, and Care are our top priority.

Our Mission Statement is to promote and advocate residents' health and safety. We strive our best to deliver the best care and quality. The Home is located near Lake Pleasant Parkway and Deer Valley Road which is a great area with beautiful parks and safe neighborhoods.

We strive our best to ensure that our residents' physical and mental needs are met effectively. Although the environment is adjustable in accordance with residents' preferences, we ensure that it is highly comfortable and energizing.

At Liberty Home Care Assisted Living, we understand that nothing may replace one's own family; however, through compassion and kindness, we try our best to provide loving care to our residents in such a way that would feel like living at home again.
