Our senior living community is located in Maricopa County City of Phoenix, in the Norterra Happy Valley area. The single story adobe style building is very spacious, cozy & immaculate. We offer luxurious and spacious private and shared rooms for 10 residents in our home. Our community is newly built and provides a healthy and peaceful environment on 1+ acres, gorgeous grounds, covered patios and walkways. Building is equipped with fire sprinkles, call buttons, wireless Internet, Cable TV, all inclusive laundry services & housekeeping. Three nutritious home cooked meals, unlimited fresh fruits, snacks & drinks and more.
Our outstanding senior services include 24X7 affordable senior care & supervision, medication management, nursing care, Alzheimer, dementia, Parkinson's, diabetes, memory care, respite, secure gated location, assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, and we provide exceptional personal care. We are located senior assisted living in Anthem senior assisted living in Phoenix close to Cave Butes Recreational area with spectacular views of the sunset of the west mountains.
Our care team works together to provide our residents 24/7 awake assisted care. We work closely with our residents’ family members to manage each resident’s health and wellbeing. We also work with our residents’ primary care physicians or if you need a doctor, we can recommend physicians and nurse practitioners that regularly make house calls to our home.
THE HEALTHCARE MANAGER is a REGISTERED NURSE assessing our residents for any changes of condition. If there are any changes or concerns, she will communicate with the residents’ primary care physician and family members.
ALEVA SENIOR LIVING specializes in personalized assisted living care. To ensure individualized attention, we are committed to maintaining a small staff-to-resident ratio (1:5), which allows our state-certified Care Team to provide personalized, focused senior care to all our residents.

Our residents may securely store their medication within our locked Medicine Closet. We have an organized and recorded system for handling medications. Caregivers are trained to assist our residents with their medication appropriately.
Living Room with Fireplace
The Living Room provides a place where residents can enjoy the fireplace, the entertainment system, and a view outside through the two-door porch.
The Activity Room offers residents an area to enjoy an exercise session, to socialize around a card game, or to read a book in an area where our surrounding windows welcome the sunshine and nature's beauty.
