Operating multiple properties allows us to attain economies of scale, such as purchasing food and incontinence supply in bulk quantities. Not only can we pass on the savings to our residents and their families, but we are also able to standardize our staffing and management practices across the homes to provide better services for our clients. Besides providing assistance for ADL (Activities of Daily Life), we are also able to take care of patients with dementia, Alzheimer's and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) at our properties. Unlike larger facilities, we maintain an excellent caregiver to resident ratio of 1:5, so our 24-hour awake staff possesses an intimate knowledge of the residents' needs and problems. We don't charge any buy-in fees to get into our home and our fixed-pricing is all-inclusive, including daily necessities such as food and incontinence supplies.
