At A Paradise for Parents, our #1 priority is the safety of our residents. Our managers have many years of experience running care homes and live very close to the homes just in case. They believe their residents are part of their extended family.
Being safe doesn't mean our residents will stay in their rooms or in front of the TV 24/7. Our residents enjoy many fun activities such as music, fitness, and interactions with local high school students.
We welcome each resident and their family into our home’s extended family, where every individual is celebrated, cherished and connected. During the initial transition, we make every effort to ease your elderly loved one into a comfortable and enjoyable space, offering tailored assisted living options to suit their preferences and needs. We strive to enable our residents to lead their most independent and autonomous lives in a way that keeps them happy, healthy and cared for.
At our four Paradise for Parents homes, we have a highly skilled staff dedicated to serving residents in the early, middle and late stages of Alzheimer’s and dementia. Our mission is to provide memory care residents with the support they need to enable as rich a life as possible within the constraints of their condition.
Our home on 164th Lane received the ‘Best Home in Surprise AZ Award for 2019’ from the website SeniorAdvisor.com. We are especially proud of the fact the award is given based on feedback from the families of our residents. With 18 years of experience in caregiving and 11 years of running this home, she has become a true specialist in residents with dementia and other memory care issues.
The rest of our staff has a lot of experience working in larger facilities and medical establishments with chronic age-related diseases. Although all our homes have at least some experience with residents that have memory-care issues, our home on 164th Lane specializes in it.
