Liann's Homes - The Homestead is an active assisted living community in Tempe, Arizona. It is within fetching Maricopa County which is part of the Grand Canyon State.
Your home in the Southwest. With it's traditional facade, it harks back to a time we can only reminisce about. A grand fireplace in the living room. The home also features a sun-room a cozy den, and dining room with non-slip hardwood floors. A large screen TV with cable and other entertainment systems are also available for the residents to use. Elegant desert landscaping is dwarfed by towering palm trees in front and a glimmering, gated pool with a diving board accentuates the back.
Four bedrooms and two bathrooms are accessible for residents on a private and semi-private basis. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet with an adjoining bathroom. Smoke detectors, alarms and monitors are standard for added safety.

Liann's Homes established in 1995 and maintains an outstanding record of care and service to it's residents. Due to our excellent reputation, we expanded to five homes located in upscale Scottsdale and Tempe communities.
Our homes are licensed to serve Supervisory, Personal and Directed level of care to residents. Our caregivers are well-trained, experienced professionals who ensure that our residents receive the individual attention and compassionate care they deserve. We uphold the strictest standards of service by maintaining an optimum staff-to-resident ratio, regular training and close manager supervision.
We are committed to the highest standard of care for our residents. Our homes are immaculately maintained, offering luxurious amenities and enjoyable activities as well as a comfortable environment.
Personalized services and round-the-clock supervision are provided by our well-trained staff. They are instructed in a state-accredited in-house program updated and conducted on a regular basis. Aside from assistance with daily activities, they are trained in CPR, First Aid, Nutrition, General Procedures and all health care topics.
Daily housekeeping and laundry services are provided, along with a delicious variety of fresh cooked meals and snacks tailored to the unique taste and dietary requirements of every resident.
We prepare individualized care plans and closely monitor the health and medication needs using state approved guidelines and our own personal standards.
Our homes are ideally situated to take advantage of a full array of services within the communities such as hospitals, libraries, churches, and other resource facilities. Recreational therapists are also available in conjunction with in-house activities such as games, crafts and beautician services.
We host a monthly social event for all the homes where staff and residents congregate for good food, fun games with enjoyable entertainment.
A variety of social halls are rented to host residents, families and friends of all homes to celebrate birthdays, Halloween, western parties, picnics, Hawaiian luau, and other holiday celebrations. Our parties are designed to meet the needs of all residents! Food and entertainment are provided for all events! Weather permitting, we hold them out in the park.
Residents enjoy trips to senior centers as well as various parks, restaurants, shopping malls and movies. Optional activities include weekly church visits, crafts, games, puzzles, gardening, sing-a-longs and massage therapy.
