Casas Senior Living Homes are owned by a Hospice Nurse with almost 30 years of experience. Our homes are located in the heart of Northwest Tucson with sweeping Catalina Mountain views. We are near Oro Valley and Northwest Hospitals as well as a variety of shopping and restaurants.

At Casas Senior Assisted Living we offer two locations in Northwest Tucson, both residential homes offer 10 private bedrooms with private, semi private and shared baths as well as two shower rooms. We offer weekly activities from in house personal training, Bingo and live music! A variety of annual holiday celebrations. Spacious bedrooms with ensuite private bathrooms. Clean and tastefully decorated homes. Sweeping Catalina mountain views. Individualized care needs are overseen by a RN. Monthly and as needed in house Doctor visits. Pharmacy delivery available. Visitors always welcome. Homemade meals and desserts. Friendly, caring and thoughtful staff!

Certified Caregivers

The role of the Certified Caregiver is as follows:

  • Provides residents' personal care needs by assisting the resident with activities of daily living
  • Report directly to House Managers to ensure utmost quality care
  • Work as a team with other co-workers

House Managers

The role of a House Manager is as follows:

  • Uphold our high standard of care as well as overall organization and cleanliness of the home
  • Maintain open and ongoing communication with family
  • Communicate with Case Manager, RN to properly manage and proactively care for our residents
  • With these systems in place, we are able to detect issues before anything becomes problematic

Staff Coordinator

The role of a Staff Coordinator is as follows:

  • Employee orientation / reviews
  • Recruiting quality Certified Caregivers
  • Caregiver training
  • Staff retention
