Solterra La Cholla has been a staple in the Tucson community for a number of years providing Assisted Living and Memory Care Villas, licensed for ALL three levels of Assisted Living, including: Supervisory, Personal and Directed Care. Five uniquely designed Custom Villas, allow our residents to Age in Place, with all the comforts of Home. At Solterra La Cholla, important services such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Home Health, Mobile Labs, Mobile Dental and Podiatry, can be brought into our community, so that our Residents can receive such services in the comfort of their new Home.

Located in Northwest Tucson, Each of our 5 Custom Villas offer spacious suites, wonderful indoor and outdoor common spaces that both our residents and their families take full advantage of throughout the day. Each suite was created with an emphasis on resident comfort, family–style privacy, natural lighting, accessible private and public bathrooms as well as tranquil spaces to enjoy the beauty of Tucson.

We encourage our resident to individualize their own suites with familiar furniture, photographs and memorabilia. Most importantly, our highly trained staff is on hand 24-hours daily to assist our residents in whatever capacity they require.

Caring for a loved one can be a demanding and difficult job and not everyone is equipped to do it alone. Getting help is often essential to the health and well-being of the caregiver as well as the patient. Respite Care is available at Solterra La Cholla and provides temporary relief for family members caring for loved ones with disabilities, illness or special needs. Respite care can also be used to facilitate recovery after a surgery or hospital stay.

Solterra La Cholla offers a few days to a month of our full range of services and amenities for our respite care guests. Families and caregivers can enjoy their time with the comfort of knowing that their loved one is cared for in a comfortable setting. Some of our respite guests use this time to evaluate our services and may eventually choose to stay on in our retirement community.
