Welcome to Auburn Creekside Villa, a Residential Care Facility for Elderly!
Nestled in the friendly Sierra Foothills of Auburn, California, on three acres of heritage oak trees in a park like setting you will find our beautiful 15 resident home, Auburn Creekside Villa. Our Villa has large common areas with comfortable surroundings.
Here at Auburn Creekside Villa you will enjoy leisure days strolling through our walking paths on our grounds, sitting on our porch overlooking the beautiful Auburn Ravine Creek. Take in the wonders of nature, native trees of Auburn and wildlife, all while taking in the fresh foothills air.
We offer activities daily to each of our residents. Being a home of 15 and staffed typically 3 to 4 caregivers during awake hours, allows us to cater to the individuals desire of activities. Some enjoy our group activities such as Bingo, Crafts, Mind Games, Group Exercise, etc. While others prefer the one on one activities ranging from helping with puzzles, to gardening, to individual walks.
To better serve those special needs and for peace of mind we have installed a nurse call system that will supply a higher quality of care and service. The nurse call system is in each bedroom for the purpose of summoning help in the event of an emergency. All calls are monitored and transmitted to the emergency call software requiring staff to immediately acknowledge the emergency call. This alerts other caregivers that the call is being responded to so that the potential for multiple staff answering the same call or possibly not responding at all.
We promote and encourage all our residents to thrive. We want all our residents to stay as independent as possible. We are here to encourage each resident to complete all ADL’s as independently as possible but are present to safely fill in the gaps with our 24-hour awake staff. Our residents range from fairly physically and cognitively independent to residence on our hospice waiver. Our Hospice waiver gives us the opportunity to keep our residents here as long as possible.
We are a family owned 15 bed RCFE Residential Care Facility for Elderly. We take great pride in that we are small enough to retain a personal touch while offering high level of care and safety. Our Mission is to treat residents with the same care and respect as we would treat our own family. We offer a home that respects privacy, dignity and independence of it's residents and urges residents to be active. We hope by visiting our residents or becoming a resident yourself, you too will take part of that pride where our goal is to provide a large home with family atmosphere where “we can all be together“.
