Oak Manor Care Center residents monthly service fee includes weekly housekeeping/linen service, three home cooked meals and three snacks daily as well as utilities. Other services include cable TV, scheduled transportation, daily scheduled activities, a personalized care plan, initial assessment and access to community resources.
