Fair Oaks Estates is a secure gated community that offers Assisted Living and Memory Care for older adults with dementia. Our 63-bedroom community is located on four beautiful acres in Carmichael California. Our spacious private and shared studio apartments offer excellent views of mature landscaping and colorful courtyards.

We provide specialized care plans specific to the unique needs of each resident. We work with families, doctors, and other support groups to ensure we provide the right amount of care and attention, but not so much that we inhibit independence.

Our 20 resident Memory Care Neighborhood is secured with its own delayed egress system, has its own activity/dining room, its own courtyard, and a multitude of activities designed specifically for those with dementia.

We recognize the special needs often required by those with dementia. All Care Team members receive comprehensive training specific to Memory Care and the unique needs of each resident. In addition, all staff are educated on specialized activity programs created with our residents in mind. These programs provide an excellent source of positive stimulation and enjoyment for our residents.
