Hackberry Home Care is a family-owned, licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) located in the desirable Carmichael area. We provide a safe, nurturing, family-style home environment with compassionate care.
Our home has six (6) furnished, private rooms that can accommodate ambulatory as well as non-ambulatory residents. We are also licensed to provide care for bedridden, and hospice residents. Our home has three (3) updated bathrooms with wheelchair accessible showers and grab bars. The family and dining area are warm and spacious. The outside patio with shade and pleasant landscaping is perfect to relax on a warm summer evening.
Our friendly and professional staff provide 24/7 care in everything from bathing to dressing, preparing meals to doing housework, from medication reminders to setting doctor's appointments. We strive to make our residents feel like they never left home.

- Lodging (six private rooms)
- Three nutritious meals daily with snacks in between. Special diet, as prescribed by a doctor
