Mountain Manor Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living is multi-level of care senior living home in Carmichael, CA. We offer a 47-bed skilled nursing facility and 33-bed Assisted Living Facility all under the same roof. Since 2015 under our current ownership, Mountain Manor has grown to become a preferred destination for anybody needing post-acute rehabilitation. Mountain Manor maintains an overall 5-Star CMS rating and achieved a rare perfect survey on our 2017 annual CMS re-certification survey.

Our in-house skilled nursing facility allows our residents to remain in the same familiar environment should they ever become ill and require a rehabilitation stay before moving back to their assisted living room.

The focus of our care is to help each resident recover and improve their mobility so they can return home. Our nursing and rehab staff are committed to helping each resident reach their goals.

At Mountain Manor we want to make your rehab experience enjoyable and interactive. To this end we offer multiple tools for our rehab team to help each resident reach their goals including, SciFit total body exerciser, NuStep recumbent stepper, shortwave diathermy, E-Stim, ultrasound, and the state-of-the art OmniVR.

Our rehab team includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists ready to do a full evaluation and create a detailed plan of care for you within 24 hours of admission. The plan of care will focus specifically on each resident’s limitations and work towards increased mobility and independence. Our goal is to help you return home as soon as possible.
