Magnolia Garden in Danville, California is a senior care facility dedicated to providing care and supervision to our elderly residents.

We understand the fears and anxieties that often accompany life changing events, such as moving to a new home. However, we have a special program that will help you make a gentle transition to your new abode. It is uniquely designed to reduce those related stresses and help you feel more comfortable.

Our mission is to focus on nurturing and helping our residents to make them feel comfortable and special as much as possible.

We are able to meet the needs of our residents by interacting and talking to them on a daily basis. In addition, Our trained staff documents and provide notes for requests and complaints that may occur that will change the level of care. We also keep an organized set of information to help with the consistent change of behavior with our residents. This in return keeps our staff up-to-date and prepared.

Our community provides our residence service which includes basic activities for daily living, independent living, and Hospice care. We are also focusing on helping our residents maximize independence through the promotion of good nutrition, activities and outstanding supportive care, Our experienced staffs understand the need to provide the highest level of care that our residents deserve. Care and services is provided in a non-medical facility environment which also serves our residents who do not require 24-hour acute care.

Services

Meals:

• Our community provides three nutritious meals daily, snacks in-between meals and is served in our community dinning area
• Special diets will be provided and observed
• Meal tray will be provided during recovery from temporary illness or injury.

Housekeeping and laundry Service:

• We provide weekly linen service and weekly cleaning of rooms.

Transportation to Medical and Dental appointments:

• Magnolia Garden Retirement Facility can provide transportation to medical or dental appointments on specific days. If an appointment does not correspond with the day or service area and or additional service such as individual escorts, the Community will assist residents or responsible person in making such alternative transportation arrangement.
• Resident will be responsible for any charges associated with the alternative transportation arrangement.

Activity programs:

• We offer planned daily activities and assistance with arrangements for utilization of local community resources.

Observation and Consultation:

• Our staff will observe the resident’s for any changes in physical, mental, emotion and social well-being.
• Notification will be provided to the family or other appropriate person/agency, responsible person and/or health care professional regarding any change in resident physical, mental, emotional and social well-being.

Personal Needs:

• Care for minor temporary illness
• Assistance as needed, with taking prescribed medication in accordance with the physician’s instructions unless prohibited by law or regulations.
• Assistance as needed in: Bathing, Dressing, and additional levels of care and assistance as defined by the residents needs.
• Maintenance or supervision of resident’s resources or property if necessary.
