Grand Villa provides safe and secure residential care to assist with daily living, cooking, laundry, dressing, grooming, housekeeping, medication management, activities and with caregivers that actually care for seniors… and with a 3 to 1 ratio and so much more.
It is a luxurious 6-bed RCFE specifically designed for Senior Assisted Living. A safe home featuring 6 private bedrooms. All Bedrooms have ceiling fans w/ lights and 32 inch TV's. There are 2 Walk-in Showers, living room with luxurious furniture including 2 lift-chair recliners. The meals are healthy and delicious! A nice covered patio w/ ceiling fans in the backyard including a putting green and a walking path with lighted landscaping and park benches to enjoy the outdoors while putting on the 18th green...or just walking/enjoying the outdoors. We'll have Cornhole and other activities to enjoy and we'll have our live band concerts as we do at Grand Villa 1.
Our staff of caregivers truly have a heart to serve the elderly. In this business, you can't have "Just An Employee"...you must be able to serve from the heart and from the owners to all of the caregivers... that is what we do... we give care!

This is what separates an RCFE home over a larger facility where the ratio is 16:1. This allows the caregiver to know the little nuances of each Resident more intimately...that is what makes it personal...
- Three nutritious meals, snacks and beverages. Special diets as needed.
- Ongoing communication and assessments with residents, family and physician.
- Medication management, assistance and monitoring.
- Prompt communication with immediate family regarding changes in physical and mental condition.
- Disaster Relief Coordinator. We are prepared to take care of your loved one in the event of a disaster.
- Full time professional and caregiver support staff trained in geriatric care.
- Professional capabilities with hospice care, incontinence, Parkinson’s, Dementia and strokes.
- Routine wellness checks including blood pressure screening and other health issues.
- Coordination of medical care with primary physician, specialists and other care providers
- Scheduling of transportation to physician appointments and scheduled activities
- An Activities Director for activities including exercise, games, music, arts and crafts. We added a putting green to Grand Villa 2 with a walking path surrounding it.
