This assisted living home is spread out over 10 acres and has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valley. Residents can enjoy peaceful walks amongst the many fruit trees or relax in any of the numerous outdoor seating areas.
For the past two decades, we have been providing an all inclusive worry free alternative to dementia care of your loved ones, as one of our own family. Offering 24 hour awake care, with assistance and supervision with personal care and all ADL, in a serene and calming environment. We are licensed by the State of California to exclusively care for only 10 residents of different types and stages of dementia. Additionally, we provide continuity of care including end of life care supported by hospice services, all in a peaceful serene and dignified setting.
Hilltop Country Estate is a non-medical memory care facility for seniors that is licensed for 10 beds. Our facility has been in operation for 2 decades, serving seniors with different types and levels of dementia. We are privately owned by an RN, with a professional background as a Registered Nurse and expert administrator. We continue to pride ourselves in our dedication to provide personalized service in a warm, relaxed, and comfortable environment.
We recognize the need to provide individualized care for seniors who have either physical or mental challenges, and in some cases both. This requires special knowledge, understanding, sensitivity, and commitment to meet their ever-changing level of needs. Our staff is well-trained and they receive consistent education to keep them updated so that we can provide the best care for each resident. We maintain a sufficient number of staff that is available and awake for 24 hour supervision.
Hospice care also provides emotional and spiritual support to families and friends of the individual receiving hospice care. Hospice is end of life care. It is not a place , it is a service. It is a special program designed to give supportive care for those who are very ill and dying and it focuses on the person and not the disease.
Hilltop Country Estate, and a team of health care professionals, and volunteers, with the cooperation and approval of family or designated representative all come together to implement an individualized plan of care that will help achieve its goal.

With that in mind, Hilltop Country Estate was designed to provide a nurturing home that will nourish their body, mind, and soul. It sits on roughly ten acres of land covered in lush fruit trees, and views of the valley and mountains. Our residents and their families have the freedom to safely explore their surroundings in an environment that neither isolates nor limits their movement, and is secured for privacy and safety.
