Our newly remodeled facility features 155 skilled nursing beds and includes a large rehabilitation gym with state of the art equipment to help accelerate the recovery process of our residents. Our facility also offers assisted living for seniors that are able to live independently with minimum assistance.

We serve many types of patient and resident needs from short-term rehabilitation to traditional long-term care.
