Residents who join us at the end of life receive special attention. Care involves comfort, of course, but also mobility and emotional support. We work with a hospice team to assure our hospice residents are comfortable. We work with the family to assure they have the opportunity they need to make important memories they will carry for the rest of their lives.
The families we serve have tried to support their loved ones at home for as long as they could. When they need more support than they can give, they call us.
Basic services include meals and snacks, laundry, daily activities, and companionship. We also provide help with toileting, bathing, grooming, and dressing for those who need it. We monitor general health, manage medication, and provide regular feedback to family members and loved ones as needed. Family visits are encouraged!
