We have private and semi private rooms, three Home cooked meals served family style in a spacious dining room, between meal snacks and nourishment following specific diet prescribed by the Physician. Continuous care, supervision and observation of changes in Physical, Mental, emotional and social functioning. Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, continence and transferring from Bed or Chair.
Assistance with Over-the-counter and Prescription Medication management in accordance with Physician's instructions .Activities planned to accommodate individual interest and abilities including the utilization of community resources.
