Our spacious homes are licensed to accommodate six (6) ambulatory/non-ambulatory residents, with six (6) hospice waivers, through the CA Department of Social Services. Our license also allows us to provide care for dementia residents

Greenstar RCFE is located close to the Lake Crest Village Shopping Center, north of Florin Road, off of Greenhaven Drive. This is the first home opened by Angel and was licensed in June of 2008. It is licensed for six (6) ambulatory/non-ambulatory residents and has six (6) hospice waivers.

This spacious home sits on 0.25 acres, has six (6) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, two (2) comfortable living areas, and a dining area. The yard features a large deck and back patio, as well as a lovely planter box that residents have used to plant flowers, vegetables, and fruits.
