Scandia Care for the Elderly is a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE), licensed by the state of California. We cater to the basic daily needs of those over age 60 including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, incontinence care, medication assistance, housekeeping, cooking, and laundry. Nutritional, balanced meals and snacks are provided daily with special diet meal plans available.

Quality of care is of utmost importance to us. We employ attentive, capable staff who strive to meet the needs of our residents, while maintaining a demeanor of respect and dignity for them. Our homes are fully staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Registered Nurse is available to service any medical needs. Our caregivers pass a rigorous background check through the FBI and DOJ.

All care providers have been trained in a live, hands-on classroom by DynamiCare Consulting, a local training provider with 30 years of experience in the Elder Care industry.

Our homes provide many recreational and social activities such as group light exercising/stretching, gardening, bible study, and movie nights. Scandia Care II is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. Our wheelchair accessible courtyard provides an opportunity for our residents to enjoy well weather in a safe environment.

We provide a higher level of care for residents that have experienced dementia, stroke or colostomy/ileostomy, as well as residents that are on hospice care.
