Each of the 6 bedrooms is comfortable, semi- private, & fully furnished with outside access.
We offer 24-hour care for temporary & permanent residents. Our staff includes a licensed Nurse who is on duty 5 days & on call 7 days each week. Our team of work around the clock to provide daily & specialized services such as dressing & bathing. Aside from business, we make time for daily recreational activities and to celebrate birthdays & most holidays.
We specialize in Mild Cognitive Impairment, while also providing specialized care for residents with Alzheimers & dementia for hospice. Our expertise and resources are focused on providing innovative care for residents with memory impairment. Our unique team of caregivers are trained and experienced working with elders who struggle with such challenges ranging from early stage memory loss to advanced Alzheimers. Not only do we treat such ailments, but we accommodate your loved one with how to lead an independent lifestyle.
We at Joy & Jay Home Care provide a visiting geriatric physician, nurse, & podiatrist to ensure an inclusive treatment. In addition, we offer much-needed emotional support and tactical coping skills for family members & social support systems.
We also schedule recreational activities regularly to keep our residents feeling joy. With a significant amount of space, there is plenty of room to relax, celebrate, & enjoy. Our large patio area is shaded with a gazebo, ideal for barbecues and lounging next to flowering plants, green trees, and lush grass.
