Rose Meadows Elder Care's mission is to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families by providing comfortable Assisted Living and Care in a friendly, safe and family-like environment at a reasonable cost.
We are licensed by the State of California, Department of Social Services - Community Care Licensing Division to operate two residential care facilities for the elderly. We provide individualized care in a home-like atmosphere tailored to the needs and desires of each resident and their family.
Our staff of six full-time caregivers and full-time Registered Nurse (to twelve seniors) take great pride in the care we give to our valued residents and the peace of mind provided to their loving families.
Rose Meadows Elder Care provides outstanding personalized attention in a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. Each of our senior living houses is staffed with three live-in caregivers.
Residents receive support and compassionate care from a dedicated staff. Many social and recreational activities are offered to enable seniors to continue leading full and healthy lives.
Our dedicated staff provides three nutritious, home-cooked meals a day plus snacks, assistance with eating, help with medications, dressing and bathing, personal hygiene and grooming. The staff monitors each resident’s health daily and takes vital signs and weight information weekly and as needed.
We also provide daily activities, monthly entertainment, and four family events per year where you can always find lots of love and laughs. We also provide daily monitoring of our resident's health, weekly vital signs, and weight monitoring. We provide the following services to your loved ones:
- Around the clock (24/7) supervision.
- A full-time Registered Nurse (RN) and on-call 24/7.
