Located just off Alcosta Boulevard and nestled in a quiet neighborhood, Sunrise Villa San Ramon is a beautiful community offering independent living and assisted living. Featuring beautiful gardens, a dog park, and a walking path, our lovely grounds are cherished by our residents and visitors alike.

Within our community, you will find a picturesque courtyard, resident gardens and beautiful views of the green rolling hills running on both sides of the valley. While residents can grab a quick snack in the bistro or enjoy a meal in our full-service dining room, our apartments also have full kitchens, which provides a home like feel. Visitors to our community may overhear Foggy, our beloved 23-year-old community bird, whistling his favorite song, “I Left My Heart in San Francisco.”

What we are best known for, however, is the caliber of our care team. Our excellent reputation is a direct result of our staff longevity (we have 600 years of cumulative service) and the passion with which we approach resident care. Villa San Ramon has a distinct feeling of family, which sets us apart from other senior living communities. 

We are closely integrated with the surrounding San Ramon community, and our residents participate in various community service projects, including serving as docents at local museums, folding crayon boxes for the Crayon Initiative and helping Blue Star Moms with packaging for service men and women. Local high school students regularly come in to offer computer tutorials, and you can often find our residents putting together care packages for members of the armed service. 

Our  dining program  is also exceptional; residents enjoy local, seasonal meals prepared from scratch each day. There is never an empty seat in the dining room when barbeque ribs or surf and turf is on the menu. Our table-service dining rooms, where residents place orders as they would at a restaurant, encourage conversation and nurture friendships.

At Sunrise Villa San Ramon, our dining program , led by our in-house chef, is focused on providing healthy, seasonal fare, including our residents’ favorite dish: barbecue ribs. Our menu is designed to align with your nutritional goals, and central to our offerings is a focus on fresh, seasonal fare. Our in-house chef prepares three meals each day, served family-style and inclusive of specialized diets and nutritional programs.
