Humble Haven RCFE is a modern assisted living facility for the elderly located in Santa Clarita, CA accommodating up to 6 beds. We provide individualized care, supervision and assistance with activities of daily living for adults 60 and above. In addition, we welcome individuals who require special care needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's and hospice.
Ensuring excellent care is an understatement at Humble Haven as we look at each individual as our own family members. It is a requirement that household staff uphold these values while providing the assistance with daily living and keeping close watch 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Healthy, delicious meals and unlimited snacks are included. Keeping with the idea of you in mind, meals are designed to cater to each resident's choices. We will reach out to each member of the household regulary to obtain their feedback on past, present and future meal choices. We understand that activites for mind, body and spirit are important to health so regular activities will be planned including games, movies , birthday celebrations. important holidays and more. Everyone will be welcome to participate! Our outdoor living area caters specifically to enhance exercise and a place to relax and have a great conversation.
We believe it is important to use current technology that has been created for us to enrich our lives and connect us with those around us. To keep our residents connected with their family far away, different modes of communication will be available such as FaceTime and Skype. For transportation, we will utiilze services such as Uber to get our residents to and from their appointments in a timely manner accompanied by one of our trained staff. From time to time, we will also incorporate our activities to include things that are tech driven such as games, email or social media. Privacy and security is so important to us so the use of any type of technology will require the consent of our resident.
