Creek Way Homes, Inc. is a licensed, six bed residential care home for the elderly located in Santa Rosa, CA. We create and maintain a family atmosphere and encourage family members of residents to participate in any programs planned for the residents both in-house and outside of the home. Our home is beautifully spacious, and newly remodeled with private and semi-private rooms available fully furnished. We are a private care home, and rates are set according to the amount of care that is needed. Creek Way Homes accepts ambulatory & non ambulatory male and female elderly persons, 60 years and older, regardless of race, sex, or sexual orientation, religion, national origin or ancestry.
