Applegate Residential Care Home is a grand assisted living community in Thousand Oaks, California. It is within pleasant Ventura County which is part of the Golden State.
Applegate is licensed by the California Department of Social Services (DSS) as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). An RCFE facility is often called "Assisted Living" or "Board and Care", we offer supportive care to elderly individuals, so that they are able to enjoy their life in a homely and comfortable environment.

- Assistance with daily needs including; bathing, grooming and feeding
- Wellness update; we coordinate with the resident and/or family to discuss resident's needs.
