Lafayette Residential Care is a family-owned boutique assisted living home offering personalized care for those who need assistance with daily life responsibilities and rituals. We provide services that maximize our resident’s independence, well-being, and capacity for social interactions.

Lafayette Residential Care is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Walnut Creek, California within a few-minutes drive to downtown Walnut Creek and not far from the Mount Diablo mountains. The serene atmosphere makes our senior home an ideal haven for your loved ones to seek comfort and tranquility in their retirement or during their last months.

At Lafayette Residential Care, we provide personalized care to ambulatory, non-ambulatory, and hospice residents. Our experiences staff help with bathing, medication management, transportation to and from doctor’s appointments, or simply companionship.  Our personalized activities focus on each resident’s mental well-being and promote positive engagement and interactions with other residents. Our services include:

• Gourmet meals and snacks with personal diet accommodations
• Medication monitoring
• Blood pressure and weight measurements
• Medical, dental, and personal appointment arrangement
• Transportation arrangement to appointment or activities  
• Arrangement for in-house beauty services
• Daily activities for mental and physical development
• Celebration of family events, birthdays, and holidays
• Weekly housekeeping and laundry services
• Night shift

Accessibility to all our amenities is of utmost importance at Lafayette Residential Care. We have wheelchair access throughout our outside and inside spaces, and we have an emergency response system installed in each room and to all doors leading to the outside.

Our boutique assisted living facility accommodates up to six residents. Each room comes completely furnished, but we welcome our residents to bring their belongings to feel more at home.

Our spacious and nicely decorated living room has a fireplace to keep our residents warm and cozy, a piano that we love to keep in constant use, and a flat screen TV. Residents can enjoy a beautifully landscaped front yard view from each room, and relax in a back yard patio with fruit trees.
