We are licensed for up to 5 residents and are a small care facility. Our care community aims to provide peace of mind to our residents and family members. We provide senior care services and amenities for our senior residents.

Yucaipa Valley Board And Care’s mission is to provide excellent care in a safe, respectful & compassionate manner. Our goal is to enrich & improve the quality of life for our elderly residents. We provide a variety of senior care services including 24 hour wake staff, home cooked meals, bathing, medication administration, activities & more.

For bathing and grooming, our caregivers can assist residents with help in to and out of the shower, dressing assistance, toileting and may provide the services of a traveling barber or hair dresser. In terms of meal preparation, three healthy, home cooked meals are provided to our residents. Should residents have high blood pressure, diabetes or other medical conditions, our staff should be able to provide special diet accommodations upon request. While 24hour awake staff is not required by state licensing, certain Assisted Living facilities may have caregivers awake at night to accommodate your Loved One.

In terms of your Loved One’s alert level, mobility and care needs, we can provide our residents with entertainment, exercise and a health and wellness program to keep them busy and active. Some of these activities include music therapy, pet therapy, board games, and outdoor excursions. Yucaipa Valley Board And Care should be able to accommodate your Loved One with transportation to and from doctor’s appointments, shopping and religious worship services.
