We are located in a beautiful residence neighborhood, with a warm, personable atmosphere and a nice quiet environment. The residents always will feel at home. This is the perfect place for the older adult to make new friends and enjoy retirement in this new stage of life.
Semi-Private Accommodation
Jai Residential Care Home provides older adults in our comfortable residences in Castle Rock, CO with a loving, warm and personable atmosphere where each individual is treated with dignity and professionalism. We live together like a one big family. Our community provides semi-private accommodations in a 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms home.
Outdoor Living Space
Jai Residential Care Home provides a relaxing, stylish outdoor living space for residents, their families and fiends to enjoy the great outdoors in supreme comfort. Our residents always will enjoy Colorado's 300 days of sunshine and blue sky with Jai's outdoor deck living space.
Personal Care Plan
Jai Residential Care Home uses the Personal Care Assessment to develop the Resident’s “Personal Care Plan,” which will address the Resident’s specific physical, mental, social well-being, functional capabilities, as well as specify the level of care and services to be provided by Jai Residential Care Home.
Ongoing Assessments
To better serve and provide excellent care to our residents Jai Residential Care Home conducts assessments of the Resident prior to the Resident moving into the Facility, after thirty (30) calendar days of residency, and periodically throughout Resident’s residency to determine the personal care services we believes may be appropriate and necessary for the Resident.
3-Meals + Snacks Daily: Based on Residents' Input
To keep our residents feeling great, having more energy, improving their health, and boosting their mood, home cook meals are provided on a daily basis: breakfast, lunch and dinner. We encourage our residents to participate with the menu planning including meal choices. Between meals, healthy snacks, and meal substitutes will be provided based on the Resident’s Personal Care Plan.
Weekly Housekeeping, Laundry and Liner Services
A clean home is a happy home. Jai Residential Care Home provides light housekeeping service for the Resident’s Room once per week including vacuuming, dusting, changing of bed linens, trash collection, and room tidying. Our Resident's beds are made daily by the staff.
Internet/Cable/Phone/Utilities
Jai Residential Care Home provides phone, gas, electric, water, basic cable and internet services are all Residents.
Free Use of Individual Tablet
Jai Residential Care Home provides each Resident with access to an individual tablet. Staying entertained is an important part of emotional and mental health and maintain social connections. Isolation and loneliness are serious problems for elderly adults. A tablet provides easy access to socialization through channels such as email, instant messaging, social media platforms, and video chatting. This helps them keep up with family members, friends, and old colleagues for a richer, more fulfilling social life.
Alexa Emergency Call System
The technology is a part of nearly every aspect of your daily life. The Alexa emergency call system operates internally at the Facility. When the residents need help or emergency, they can with their voice make Alexa call the staff.
Social & Recreational Activities
We help our residents stay physically, mentally and emotionally healthy. Our home is close to Castle rock senior activity center, which has over 150 activities each month. Our residents can be involved as much as they would wish. We alsoprovide a program of planned social and recreational activities and opportunities for participation as well as services designed to meet Resident’s physical, social and spiritual needs. Activities sponsored by Jai Residential Care Home will be posted in the facility.
Transportation Coordination
Jai Residential Care Home is responsible for arranging transportation for Jai sponsored social and recreational activities. Jai will assist and coordinate when the residents need the any other type of transportation.
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
We will make available to the Resident assistance, as needed, with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, transfers, mobility, eating and other activities of daily living.
Medication Administration
Jai Residential Care Home assists the Resident with storage and administration of the Resident’s medications and assistance in taking medications.
