Elk Run by Augustana Care, a non-profit, faith based organization here in Evergreen, offers assisted living and respite services. Respite services are an option for families who need guilt-free time away from caregiving or for the person who needs additional rehabilitation before going home. We have a tranquil setting in the foothills of the mountains.

We offer comprehensive services for those who need help with the activities of daily living. Residents also have access to in-house physician services, while support from a registered nurse is available twenty-four hours a day, every day. Our goal: to help you live the life that most inspires you.
