Bross Street is a brick front home located in the heart of historical downtown Longmont where our focus is on supporting residents in aging in a community-integrated and home-based setting. The 10 bedroom home has the capacity to house up to 11 residents and we are actively working on filling our one to two openings to complete our community. Our care team features fully trained employees in all support needs from behavioral health to medication administration and hand-over-hand daily living support. We are able to provide 24/7 care with our overnight staff member who resides on the property bringing decades of care experience and immediate access to help or support for our residents.
