Founded in 2001, our company was started by a caring nurse who wanted to get away from the larger facilities, where residents get lost in the crowd, and focus on one on one care and love that every person deserves.
Over the years, doctors’ referrals and word of mouth have lead us to stay at maximum capacity and continue our mission.
We currently have two beautiful facilities, both located in South West Cape Coral, with a maximum capacity of six residents. We are a state of the art residence with all of the amenities of a large nursing facility, but with one on one attention of a private caretaker.
The fact that our maximum capacity is six residents gives us an advantage over a larger nursing facility due to the personal and special care from our certified nurse’s assistants. With 24-hour supervision from our helpful staff, we guarantee that each resident’s care will be tailored to their special needs.

Cape Villa Assisted Living Facility is over 3,000 square feet of living space with a lovely formal living area and dining room upon entrance. Large open floor plans, and relaxing courtyard you will feel like you are at home.
At Cape Villa Assisted Living Facility, we provide a safe, comfortable home for older adults who value their independence, but need some help with daily activities.
Our assisted living suites are designed for privacy, comfort and accessibility, with high ceilings, large windows, spacious bathrooms and a variety of floor plans to suit individual tastes. We encourage all residents to bring their own furniture and decorate their bedrooms with personal items, artwork and family photos – all the “little” things that make a place to live feel like home.
