We are not just a “wing” in another assisted living facility, our community is 100% focused and dedicated to providing care to those with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Eastbrooke Gardens is a warm and friendly home with a family atmosphere. We offer private and semi-private unfurnished suites, allowing each resident to express his or her unique home setting.

At Eastbrooke Gardens we understand that sometimes caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease or Dementia can be challenging. Perhaps you have to go to work, run errands, go on vacation or simply need some “me” time. The solution:
Respite Care at Eastbrooke Gardens is a program that allows families to place their loved one in our community for a temporary stay. We incorporate our respite participants with our own residents. Respite residents have the opportunity to socialize in a protected environment and engage in the many interactive activities offered. We have a fully furnished respite room for our short term residents to use during their stay. Our respite residents enjoy all the activities and support offered to our permanent residents.
Adult Daycare Services at Eastbrooke Gardens is a program that provides a safe and social environment for those suffering with dementia. Our daycare participants can take part in all of the activities offered to our permanent residents. Meals and snacks are provided to our daycare participants.
