Tiffany on the River is a fine assisted living community in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. It is within storied Volusia County which is part of the Sunshine State.

A small 6 bed facility. Catering to the individual care of your loved one. While we encourage independence we are always close by for anything they need. A loving family environment complete with home cooked meals. We are the Bed and Breakfast of Assisted living. Beautiful custom private and semi private rooms. We try to make our residence feel loved and cherished...just like family. Encouraging family members to come make themselves at home. Just like visiting at mom's house. We have a gorgeous view of the river from our front porch, it will make you want to grab a book and have a lazy afternoon watching the Kayakers on the river. Our services include:

• 24 hour a day supervision
• Assistance with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, mobility, eating, incontinence care, ect...
• Medication reminders, supervision and pick ups.
• Home cooked meals and snacks
• special diets prepared as ordered
• Laundry and housekeeping
• Assistance with transportation
• Assistance securing Home Health, Therapy ect. post hospital and rehab stays.
• Respite care. Short term stays, caregiver break, as needed.
