Grand Palms Assisted Living and Memory Community provides a unique model in senior housing to help ensure personalized care, dignity, socialization and privacy.

Grand Palms is designed to meet the needs of our residents. A peaceful, intimate homelike design that fosters a comfortable, safe and stress free environment where your loved ones can enjoy the familiar routine of home.

Our structure daily program is designed for each resident according to his or her individual abilities.

Our focus is on resident interest, unique routines, physical and cognitive abilities and for providing opportunities of success while promoting quality of life.

Our community is made up of three distinct neighborhoods. Our first neighborhood is for our Assisted Living population. Our second neighborhood is for our male memory care residents and our third neighborhood is for our female memory care residents. Each neighborhood has its own daily activities that are tailored to meet the needs of the residents in that neighborhood. We are here to make each day memorable and uplifting for residents and those who visit our community.

Grand Palms has three distinct neighborhoods with no more than 15 residents per neighborhood.

• Private baths in each private suite with walk-in showers for increased safety

Memory care is offered in two of our three neighborhoods. Our Ocean neighborhood is for our male memory care residents and our Seagrass neighborhood is for our female memory care residents. Each neighborhood offers various daily activities that are tailored to the needs of the residents abiding there.
