In addition to our standard license, we also have a specialty license, the limited nursing services license, issued by the Agency for Health Care Administration of the State of Florida (AHCA). Our Limited Nursing Services License allows us to accept clients or retain residents who need more intensive care so they can age in place.
The administrator/owner has more than 25 years of experience in nursing and assisted living. Fairway Chalet also participates in the Medicaid Managed Care (MMC) Long Term Care (LTC) program.

Every resident receives three nutritional home-cooked meals each day, along with some tasty snacks. The menu is prepared by a registered dietician.
Our professional staff will launder your clothing including towels and linens, do housekeeping, and assist in self-administration of medication. A house doctor is also available for routine visits and on an as needed basis.
If you need to make an appointment to visit another doctor of your choice, a companion to go with you, and transportation to be at the appointment on time, we can assist in setting it all up for you. We can also arrange for lab work, radiology services, and barber/beautician services to be provided in-house. We also work with agencies such as home health and hospice in the event that you need their services delivered to you in-house.
We have a small, homelike facility with up to 14 residents. Our spacious bedrooms are fully furnished, but you may choose to bring in any of your own furniture. We also supply all towels and linens, but again, you can bring your own if you prefer.
Fairway Chalet is quietly nestled amongst the shadows of aged, tall, shady oak trees on the edge of Tarpon Springs Golf Course on the south side and Sisler Baseball Fields on the west side. A CPR- trained staff is available 24 hours a day. Its seemingly private roadway allows for added security already provided by the staff.
