Our Assisted Living Center features bright private rooms and spacious living and dining areas located in our Clubhouse Commons Building. In this setting, Assisted Living residents enjoy a higher degree of independence and are just steps away from the activities and services of the Jacaranda Trace community, including on-site medical care.

Our caring staff are always nearby to lend a hand with the activities of daily living, housekeeping, and laundry. Family visitors are welcome and transportation is available for outside appointments and other needs.

Cadbury Park’s Secure Neighborhood is for those in need of a higher level of support, including cognitive care, and features two 18-room family-style homes connected by a secure outdoor walking area and landscaped veranda. Meals are prepared in an open kitchen with a spacious living and dining area for residents to experience all the sights, sounds, and smells of home.

Cadbury Park Memory Care starts with a design that creates a family-style home for our Residents. Each home has its own kitchen, living room, and private quarters with bathrooms. In addition, a spa is located in each home for assisted bathing and personal grooming. Two of these unique homes are connected by paved walkways, covered verandas, and a gated courtyard to create a secure neighborhood setting where Residents have the freedom to safely and securely explore their surroundings and interact with their neighbors.

In this setting, Secure Assisted Living and Memory Care residents enjoy the best of all worlds – the familiarity and comfort of home, the security of a well-designed environment, and the support of a more personal, relational level of care.
